Mindfulness-Based Thai Yoga Therapy

Mindfulness-Based Thai Yoga Therapy is peaceful, focused and gentle, like meditation in motion. Apple works with areas of tension slowly and patiently. The pressure used is gentle to medium only. Clients often enter a state of deep relaxation and may fall asleep.

The treatment is a combination of acupressure along the sen (energy lines), foot reflexology and assisted stretching movements to release muscle tension and improve range of motion. The 120-minute sessions also include a foot bath and foot scrub. During your massage you will wear loose, comfortable clothing. After the treatment, water and organic herbal tea will be served.
